Long Beach Retina was founded by Roberto Roizenblatt MD, and serves patients in Long Beach and surrounding communities. We strive to provide expert boutique, personalized and compassionate care, utilizing the most advanced diagnostic equipment and surgical techniques.
Dr. Roizenblatt is Chair of Ophthalmology at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center and is a member of the American Society of Retina Specialists, European Society of Retina Specialists, Vit-Buckle Society and American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is licensed by the Medical Board of California, board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and was the first US ophthalmologist to obtain the title of Fellow of the International Council of Ophthalmology.
Long Beach Retina commonly treats tourists in California who develop a retina condition during their visit. We help international patients find accommodations close to our office location during treatment.
